The US IBO package, ready to open your next merchant account.

One offer, sold since 2024: a US LLC or C-Corp with its EIN, a US-resident Independent Business Operator who carries the KYC file, a business bank account you control and the documents an acquirer asks for. Sourced in-house, kept in stock, delivered the same day you pay.

What the US IBO package is, as an offer

The definition of the role has its own page. This one covers what you buy, what it costs and how it runs.

A US IBO package is one purchase that puts a complete US operating file in your hands: the entity, the person, the bank account and the paperwork, assembled so that an underwriter reads them as one coherent business. IBOCore has sold that single product since 2024, sources every Independent Business Operator (IBO) in-house and resells nothing. If you still need the role explained, read what is an IBO first; this page assumes you know it and want the offer.

The offer is built around the director. Every IBO is a real, verifiable US resident with zero criminal record, a credit score of 650 or more and a fresh profile that has never been used for another merchant. The LLC or C-Corp is incorporated in that director's home state, never a Wyoming shell, the EIN is issued to it and the bank account is opened in its name at Bluebanc or Relay. Every document matches every other one, which is what an underwriter checks first.

What you do with it is yours. You keep full operational access to the bank account, you bring your own ISO or apply to acquirers directly, and the director does not touch the business. If an acquirer later terminates a MID, there are no clawbacks and the package remains usable with another acquirer. The contract terms are on rent an IBO; the checks to run on any provider before paying are on find an IBO.

Who the US IBO package is for

Merchants outside the United States who need a US merchant account, and operators who already have one and need the next one.

International merchants without a US person
You process from outside the United States. High-risk acquirers ask for a US-resident signer, a US entity and a US bank account, and a non-resident rarely satisfies all three. The package puts the three in one file.
Operators past their processing cap
Your current MID is throttling deposits. A new package is a new entity, a new director and a new underwriting file, so you add capacity instead of negotiating a higher ceiling.
Merchants restarting after a termination
An acquirer closed the MID. A fresh entity with a director who has never processed before lets you apply again without carrying the old file into the new one.
Brands launching a new offer cleanly
A new vertical or a new funnel deserves an entity with zero history attached to your existing brand. One package per MID keeps every underwriting file separate.
High-risk verticals IBOCore onboards
Dropshipping, info-products, coaching, white-hat e-commerce, compliant health and wellness and SaaS on White Hat; subscription, nutra, streaming, crypto-adjacent, paid media and fitness memberships on Grey Hat. Full list on industries.

What every package includes

The same list on both plans. Add-ons are optional and priced separately in the table below.

  • US business entity. An LLC or C-Corp incorporated in the director's home state, EIN issued, articles and operating agreement in the file.
  • Nominee director (IBO). A real, KYC-verified US resident, exclusive to you, never used for another merchant.
  • Business bank account. Opened at Bluebanc or Relay in the company's name. Inbound and outbound wires, debit card, no minimum balance, full access handed over.
  • Complete documentation. Government ID, proof of address, articles of incorporation, operating agreement and EIN letter, ready to upload to an acquirer.
  • Professional email. A contact address on the company domain, used for processor applications and business correspondence.
  • Dedicated US residential proxy. So logins, verifications and acquirer reviews originate from where the company lives.
  • Director collaboration. Verification calls answered, documents signed when the acquirer asks, no interference in the business.
  • 24/7 support. A private Telegram group with your own account manager for questions, verifications and compliance requests.

Two plans, one package, published prices

The infrastructure is identical. The plan only changes how the ongoing fee is structured, and the billing model of your business decides which one is honest.

How to get a US IBO package in four steps

Four steps, then same-day delivery once the payment confirms. No KYC on you, no notary, no travel.

  1. 1

    Contact a representative on Telegram

Say what you sell, where you process today and the volume you expect. IBOCore reviews every merchant on business proofs before granting dashboard access; there is no identity check on you.

  2. 2

Choose the package and the plan

Pick an available entity in the inventory and choose White Hat or Grey Hat according to your billing model. Add the optional bank pages, consulting or template pack if you need them.

  3. 3

    Pay the setup fee

USDT or USDC on ERC20 or TRC20. The payment confirms on-chain and triggers delivery. The monthly fee or the revenue share only starts 30 days after delivery, not at sign-up.

  4. 4

Receive the package and open your MIDs

Entity documents, director details, bank access, email and proxy arrive on Telegram the same day. Apply through your own ISO or directly; acquirer onboarding then typically takes 3 to 10 business days on the acquirer's side.

Packages are permanently in stock and ship the same day the payment confirms. Company names are masked until you sign in.

Operating conditions, enforced on every package

Two principles run the engagement: full transparency from you, zero interference from IBOCore. These rules follow from them.

  • One merchant per IBO. The director is exclusive to you and is never reused; a package is never shared between operations.
  • Activate within 30 days. If no merchant account has been opened and the package sits idle, IBOCore can reclaim and reassign it. The setup fee is not refunded.
  • Classify your volume honestly. Subscription-heavy billing belongs on Grey Hat. Running it on a White Hat package suspends the package immediately.
  • Prohibited verticals are refused. Adult content and cam, online gambling, pharmacy and Rx, firearms and ammunition, crypto exchanges and custody, and anything fraudulent. The full list is on the industries page.
  • Billing is anchored on delivery. The ongoing fee starts 30 days after you receive the package, whether or not the MID is live yet. Plan the acquirer application accordingly.

The IBO cluster: every page, one offer

The same package, explained from the angle of each question merchants bring. Start where yours is.

Merchants arrive at the US IBO package with different words: some search for a provider, some for a signer or a nominee, some for the merchant account itself. Each page below answers one of those questions in depth and points back here for the offer. None of them sells a separate product; a stand-alone signer or a nominee without the package is not something IBOCore offers.

  • US IBO provider: what a provider does, from sourcing and qualification to delivery and support.
  • IBO for merchant account: the MID application end to end, from the underwriter's checklist to the verification call.
  • US signer: who signs the application, the bank account and the guarantee, and why a one-off signer fails.
  • US nominee: the banking side of the nominee, the account access you receive and what the nominee does not do.
  • Nominee director USA: the entity side, the director on the formation documents and the EIN.
  • Rent an IBO: the service agreement, exclusivity and the recurring fee explained.
  • Find an IBO: the channels, the vetting checklist and the red flags before you pay anyone.
  • Live inventory: the packages available today, with state and opening date, names masked until you sign in.

The US IBO package, frequently asked

The follow-up questions merchants send on Telegram once they know what an IBO is.

How much does a US IBO package cost?

Two published plans. White Hat: $1,999 setup, then $4,499 per month. Grey Hat: $2,499 setup, then 9% of deposit volume. On both, the ongoing fee starts 30 days after delivery. Optional add-ons: bank pages $2,499 one-time, merchant account consulting $899 per month, document template pack $499 one-time.

White Hat or Grey Hat: which plan do I pick?

The billing model decides, not the reputation of the vertical. One-time or multi-payment sales with predictable monthly volume sit on White Hat, and so does steady SaaS seat billing with minimal chargebacks. Subscription-heavy, continuity, trial-to-recurring and membership billing sit on Grey Hat, where a revenue share prices the volume correctly. Declaring subscription-heavy volume as White Hat suspends the package.

How do I pay for the package?

In USDT or USDC on ERC20 or TRC20. The invoice shows a deposit address and the exact amount, and delivery is triggered once the chain confirms the transaction. Bank transfer is on the roadmap and is not available at checkout today.

Is the entity an LLC or a C-Corp?

It depends on the package: every entity is an LLC or a C-Corp, incorporated in the director's home state with the EIN already issued. The structure, the state and the resulting tax filing are discussed with your representative before you pay so that the setup stays clean. IBOCore does not give tax or legal advice; how the entity is treated in your own situation is a question for your own adviser.

Can I buy several US IBO packages?

Yes. Each package is designed to open one MID at a time; once the first MID is live, further MIDs can be stacked on the same entity with compatible acquirers, and parallel MIDs on different processors call for one package each. Every package is a separate underwriting file with its own exclusive director and its own 30-day billing clock, counted from its own delivery date.

What does the director do once the package is delivered?

The director stays available for what the acquirer and the bank require: verification calls, signatures on applications and agreements, compliance requests. Nothing else. The director has no say on products, funnels, pricing or ads, and does not operate the bank account you control.
